Steven’s career spans the US & EU in finance, startups, and writing. He co-founded Kallpod, an innovative tech solutions provider for the hospitality industry, managing all areas of the business before exiting the company five years ago. Through Andon Okapi Holdings, he actively invests in early-stage startups within emerging markets and technologies. As a freelance writer, Steven has contributed to publications including Rolling Stone, Conde Nast Traveller, Architectural Digest, Paper Magazine. Steven spent a decade on Wall Street as an equity analyst covering the restaurant sector. He served on Bank of America - Merrill Lynch’s Restaurants Consumer Team, which was consistently the highest rated globally. He also worked at FBR Capital Markets and Natexis Banque Populaire. Steven is a graduate of The University of Alabama’s Culverhouse College of Commerce & Business Administration and attended HEC School of Management in Liège, Belgium. He serves on the board of The Ocean Rescue Alliance, a coral reef conservation non-profit.

Clare's career spans the US and Europe, beginning in London's fashion and entertainment industry with notable magazines like The Evening Standard Magazine, Wonderland, and InStyle. After 7 years in fashion editorial, she co-founded The Style Store, an e-commerce venture showcasing cutting-edge fashion from Australia and the US in the UK.
Clare then served as CEO for The Digital Shopping Channel in the US, connecting social media talent with e-commerce. For the past 12 years, she has worked in entertainment, first as a Talent Executive at Princess Productions (UK) and then at Central Talent Booking (US) as a VP, managing celebrity and social media talent appearances across TV, podcasts, digital platforms, charity events, and more. Clare excels at linking talent with diverse media opportunities.
